Booking Reservation/Deposits

We recognize that each of our clients’ needs are unique, in their own right. When initiating a partnership, our Production Coordinator with partner with you in order to ensure we provide you the most accurate quote possible.

Upon receipt of invoice, client has 48 hours to submit deposit. If deposit is not paid within the noted time frame, the invoice will be cancelled and the partnership process will reinitiate.

All quotes by The Carmichael Garden Group are valid for two weeks only. After two weeks you will need to reinitiate the partnership process.

In order to remain fair to, and respectful of, our clients’ and crew member’s schedules, productions must be booked 72 hours in advance of shoot day. Production quotes are subject to a last min and/or rush fee for any productions booked less than 48 hours in advance. Edit-only requests are subject to rush fees if request made less than 8 days in advance.

CGG requires a non-refundable deposit equating to 50% of the booking price to reserve any of our services. Once a deposit is secured, CGG will create a reservation on our production calendar to hold the client’s date and time. The remainder of the invoice will be due the day of the shoot, unless otherwise outlined within the production agreement contract.


Cancellations and Date/Time Changes

In the event you cannot make your production date, we can reschedule without the resubmission of a deposit. We ask you to provide us at least 48 hours notice. If production date is rescheduled more than once, you may be subject to additional fees. 


Overage and Overtime

Hourly production rates go into affect for each hour the client runs over. Overtime is subject to availability. Payment for any overtime will be invoiced and must be paid by client prior to receiving final deliverables/products.

A full documentation of policies and procedures, along with a production agreement, will be provided upon confirmation of booking. 


Post-Production

Video(s) and/or Photo(s) will be returned to client within 7 to 10 business days depending on demand. In high demand times you can expect video(s) and/or photo(s) returned in 10 to 17 business days.

Video/Photo release forms must be signed and return to CGG before final video(s) and/or photo(s) are returned to client. If contract was signed the video/photo release clause has already been established. 

If editing suggestions are not made within 3 business days of client receiving videos and/or raw images CGG will hold files on hard drive for 7 business days. After the 7th day a $250 storage fee will be accessed to clients account and invoiced. After 30 days files will be deleted from CGG servers and hard drives. 


Video/Photo Rights

Publicity Rights/Promotional Use of Images: Parties agree that CGG may use images from Client’s shoot for commercial use, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of CGG.
